Steve is a Director of SKAN Frontiers Properties Ltd leading on
delivery of our properties business. He is a Chartered Civil
Engineer, a member of the UK Institution of Civil Engineers and a
Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, UK. Steve has over 30
years’ engineering, properties and management experience. His
passion to contribute positively to properties and infrastructure
development for the benefit of people, societies and nations.
His key areas of expertise include management of multi-discipline
teams, financing and delivery of major engineering and building
projects and programmes. He has experience and expertise in
real estate, infrastructure, asset management and strategic
business planning. Steve has served on a number of national
and international steering committees and boards including the
International Steering Group of the UNEP Global Wastewater
Partnership, Board Member of EUREAU, based in Brussels,
Belgium, Executive Committee of EUREAU and the chairman of
EUREAU Commission II.
Charles is a Director of SKAN Frontiers Properties Ltd
coordinating the proposed construction of hostel
accommodation for students on the Kwame Nkrumah
University of Science and Technology, Kumasi
campus.
He is a university professor and has taught and
mentored students in the university for nearly 30
years. He has served the university extensively on
several statutory and non-statutory boards and held
various administrative positions in the university
including a former Dean and Pro Vice–Chancellor.
Charles has keen interest in construction and property
development and has acquired considerable
management skills in the real estate industry over the
years.
He is motivated in the industry by the challenges he faced with his family as a foreign student and the persistent accommodation crisis student face on the university campus.
Solomon is a Director of Innovation and Company
Secretary of SKAN Frontiers Properties Ltd. He is a
Chartered Electrical Engineer, and member of the Ghana
Institute of Electrical Engineers. He has over 30 years’
electrical engineering and innovation experience.
Solomon has worked on several projects of the Power
Generation and Transmission Infrastructure of Ghana
since graduation in 1997. This has ranged from Project
Management and Commissioning, Operations and
Maintenance activities, Management and Consultancy.
He also has also been working in Ghana’s IT industry
since 1999 in various fields including Software
Development, Design, Project Management and
Operations of Wide Area Wireless Networks.
His expertise include Renewable Energy, working on
Carbon Reduction Projects in Ghana and Development
and Design of Renewable Energy Projects as well as
Development of Fresh Tropical Food Preservation
Technology.
